Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Steve made this amazing bookcase for us! It is constructed from high quality birch ply, edged with maple and inset with solid black walnut on the verticals. It houses our large collection of heavy art books and over 500 CDs. We wanted something sturdy yet elegant that fitted with our pieces of mid-century furniture and could be easily dismantled. He responded to our brief by using an ingenious fixing mechanism for each shelf that is invisible yet strong. Steve is fantastic at listening to a brief, coming up with ideas, advising on the design, materials and construction - and then working to exacting standards. Steve is an excellent craftsmen and projects are completed with great patience and good humour. We can't recommend him highly enough.
